Max K Olmack, 67, of Guthrie, KY, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Tennova Healthcare Clarksville. Max was preceded in death by his parents, Max & Ruth (Matthews) Olmack. He is survived by is wife Jacqulyn (Dale) Olmack of Guthrie, KY., Daughters, Rae (Jeramy) Toombs, Heather Olmack, Grandchildren, Jeramy Olmack, Scotty Olmack, Ryan Toombs and Cassandra Toombs, Sisters, Maxine (Olmack) Freeman, Marlene (Olmack) Szalkiewicz and Ruth Ann (Olmack) Zoch.
Max was a retired Army Veteran and a devoted husband and father. He was a loyal friend to those who knew him. He had a wicked sense of humor and a love of a good joke. He was an avid reader and fond of older Sci-fi films. During family get togethers, he would cook up bacon in his signature style that left everyone wanting more. After 20+ years of working outside, he preferred the comforts of home. For the last 5 years, he has battled cancer, lung disease, and brain infections. On January 31, 2021, he finally lost the war. He will be missed by all who knew him.
