Jerry Creek, 61, of Nashville, TN, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at his home. Jerry was born in St. Joseph, MO to the late Charles and Peggy (Brooks) Creek. He is survived by his daughter, Terri (Alan) Creek, grandchildren, Isaiah, Tatiana and Daniel, all of Mooresville, IN and daughter, Carrie (Aaron) Daw, grandchildren James, Fiona and Lillian, all from Smyrna, TN

Jerry had a love of motorcycles and was proud of his Native American- Creek Nation heritage. Jerry was also a proud veteran of the Air Force.

The family will have a Celebration of Life at a later date.

TLC Mortuary Services of Greenbrier, has been entrusted with his care.
