Gordon L Smith, 78, of Greenbrier, TN., passed away on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at Centennial Medical Center. Gordon was born in Barren Plains, TN to the late James and Dorothy Smith.  Gordon is also preceded in death by his brother; Glenn Smith.  Gordon is survived by his loving wife, Myrtle Smith of Greenbrier, TN, his sons; Greg (Elizabeth) Smith of Cartersville, GA., Eric (Cortney) Smith of Dacula, GA., Chris (Cecili) Smith of Hendersonville, TN., Jeremy (MaShea) Smith of Hendersonville, TN., stepdaughters; Jennifer(Craig) Ellison of Greenbrier, TN., Paula(Jeff) Wagner of Canadian, TN., Dedra (Kevin) Bendaskas of Amarillo, TX., brothers; Jimmy Smith of Springfield, TN., Barry (Tonya) Smith of Springfield, TN., and 17 grandchildren.

Gordon had a love of motorcycles, his work as a heavy equipment operator.  He had a greater love of his family and his church family, Covenant Confirmers of Springfield, TN.

A Celebration of Life will be Saturday at 2pm at Covenant Confirmers Ministry, Springfield, TN
